Do you want a little extra promotion for your event space? Well, then become one of our fabulous savvy preferred venues. It's pretty easy. We charge you a one time flat fee of $75 for the setup and then you get us the following:

Savvy Preferred Venue Package - $75 one time setup fee

  • Contact name and phone number
  • Contact email address
  • Three photos, .jpg or .png format, that best portray your product or service
  • Hyperlink to your webpage, Facebook or Twitter page
  • Approximately 1200 characters of text
  • A list of your specialties - what do you do best for your clients??

Top Shelf Booking Package - $54.95 per month**

We will build you a personalized web page on PlanningSavvy.com. You have the option to provide us with your own pictures or we will take the pictures for you.  PlanningSavvy will list our phone number as the direct contact for clients booking your service. A commission of 12% of the booking/site rental fee is due upon initial booking by the client. PlanningSavvy will automatically deduct our commission from the credit card on file. (See individual event site contracts for cancellation policy and refund.) Final payments for facility will be paid directly to event site.

  • $75 one-time web-page design fee due upon vendor contract start date.
  • Three photos, .jpg or .png format
  • Approximately 2500 characters of text
  • PlanningSavvy will finalize the contract with your potential clients booking your service
  • If you require on-site coverage during an event, a $35 per hour charge per person will be required at the time of the event.

 

And, for both packages, by becoming one of our Savvy Vendors, PlanningSavvy will do the following for you:

  • We will put together a business card ad with all your pertinent contact info
  • PlanningSavvy will create a full promotional page, featuring your business and beautiful pictures showcasing your work
  • We will promote you to all our clients - we promote our vendors and venues first and foremost!
  • We will post your sales/shows/special events on our Calendar of Events
  • You will be first on our list to be included in any special vendor/venue shows, open houses and other featured events!
