Congratulations on your engagement! Celebrating your big day is a must but planning it can be challenging. So, let us help take the pressure off. The amount of service can vary from couple to couple so we have put together our most requested services into four packages for you. However, if you have any special requests, we can definitely work with you to customize the perfect package!*

Endless Elopements ~ Investment begins at $2,400

Looking to get away from the hussle and bustle of the city and the craziness of wedding planning? This is the perfect package for the couple who just wants to be together in front of those that are nearest and dearest to their hearts for an intimate wedding of their dreams

  • Up to 6 hours of onsite coordination
  • Offered Monday - Thursday only
  • Up to 30 guests, wedding couple included (TBD based on gov't protocol)
  • We will work with preferred vendors/venues in rural and urban city locations to create all-in-one services for your wedding day
  • Detailed wedding day timeline creation & management
  • Review all vendor/venue contracts
  • Oversee/coordinate/help with ceremony/reception site set-up & tear-down
  • We’ll make sure the ceremony goes off without a hitch
  • We’ll make sure the venue is set up perfectly
  • We’ll keep the event moving and on schedule
  • We’ll greet and assist your guests, as needed, as they arrive and throughout the celebration
  • We’ll take care of all the last minute details that pop up!
  • Ensure end of event arrangements are made for items such as gifts, guest book, DIY decor, centerpieces, etc., and check out with point person, prior to leaving, so they know where all personal items are and are reminded of their duties

Day of Coordination ~ Investment begins at $2,795

You need some guidance, but your head is spinning with all the details involved and don't quite know how to bring everything together. We will help iron out the details, make sure you don’t lift a finger on the special day and with our dream team of two, your family and friends will be amazed at how we bring your vision together:

  • Up to 8 hours of onsite day-of coordination
  • 5 hours of personal consultation
  • Rehearsal coordinator up to 2 hours, if needed
  • 1 complimentary site visit with floorplan and décor consultation
  • Detailed wedding day timeline creation & management
  • Review all vendor/venue contracts
  • Distribution to all the vendors and venue, the couple, plus any family, friends or others that play an important role on the wedding day, a detailed timeline, floor plans, maps and directions for the ceremony and reception
  • Keep the wedding party, family and couple on task on the big day
  • Work with DJ or Emcee on cueing music for ceremony, grand entrance as newlyweds, dinner and releasing tables for a buffet, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, formal exit, etc...
  • Oversee/coordinate/help with ceremony/reception site set-up & tear-down
  • Coordinate, manage and finalize placement of items that may not be handled by your vendors - any completed DIY projects, centerpieces, sweetheart table decor, wedding programs/menus/escort cards, guest book, favors, lawn games, etc.
  • We’ll be the ones to be onsite for your vendor arrival - the caterer, cake, flowers, DJ, photographer, etc.
  • We’ll be at your beck and call

Being a Fairy Princess is harder than it looks!  Some of the little things can be overwhelming, so let us take those details off your hands.  We will give you more of the attention you deserve while attending to your guests needs too!

  • 15 hours of personal consultation
  • Rehearsal coordinator up to 2 hours, if needed
  • 1 complimentary site visit with floorplan and décor consultation
  • Month-to-month checklists
  • Provide you with a preliminary budget that you can use to keep on track through the planning process
  • Personalized vendor and venue recommendations, including initial contact and introduction, plus setting up appointments as needed
  • Assistance with decor and design
  • Assistance with ceremony and reception room layout/floor plans
  • Seating and escort card ideas and coordination
  • Assistance with transportation needs
  • Suggestions for Favors/wedding party gifts for the Couple
  • Assistance with wedding day makeup and hair services
  • Out of town guests tour activities & hotel accommodation recommendations, as needed

This is for that do-it-yourself client that must plan every last detail but gets down to the last two months and realizes somebody has got to take over the final details or they just won’t enjoy their big day! If this describes you then this is the perfect package for your day.

  • Book anytime and our services begin within two months of your wedding date
  • Up to 8 hours of onsite coordination, starting when your first vendors arrive
  • Rehearsal coordinator up to 2 hours, if needed
  • 1 complimentary site visit with floorplan and décor consultation
  • We will create a timeline 4-6 weeks in advance, using your vendor and venue information, along with the schedule you put in place for them
  • Distribution to all the vendors and venue, the bride & groom, plus any family, friends or others that play an important role on the wedding day, a detailed timeline, floor plans, maps and directions for the ceremony and reception
  • Keep the wedding party, family and bride & groom on task on the big day
  • Work with DJ or Emcee on cueing music for ceremony, grand entrance as newlyweds, dinner and releasing tables for a buffet, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, formal exit, etc...
