Day Of Coordinator Package: $525

If you’re like us and want to plan most of the details for your wedding on your own, but need some help the day of to make sure it goes off without a hitch, this is the package for you!

  • Up to 6 hours of coordination
  • We’ll be the ones to be onsite for your vendors - the caterer, cake, flowers, dj, photographer, etc.
  • We’ll be at your beck and call
  • We’ll make sure the ceremony goes off without a hitch
  • We’ll make sure the venue is set up perfectly
  • We’ll keep the event moving and on schedule
  • We’ll assist your guests as needed
  • We’ll take care of all the last minute details that pop up!


Simple and Savvy Package: $755

You need some guidance, but have dreamt of the big day since you were a little girl. We will help iron out the details, make sure you don’t lift a finger on the special day and watch as the glass slipper’s fit makes those dreams come true.

  • 5 hours of personal consultation
  • Detailed timeline management
  • Review vendor contracts
  • Mail/email vendors detailed timelines, maps and directions
  • Rehearsal coordinator up to 2 hours
  • Wedding Day coordinator


Fun and Fancy Free Package: $1,425

Being a Fairy Princess is harder than it looks!  Some of the little things can be overwhelming, so let us take those details off your hands.  We will give you more of the attention you deserve while attending to your guests needs too!

This package includes the Simple and Savvy package along with:

  • 15 hours of personal consultation (as opposed to 5 in the Simple and Savvy Package)
  • Prepare a budget
  • Vendor recommendations
  • Color / theme / decorating ideas for the Big Day
  • Reception room layout
  • Seating organization
  • Coordinating Transportation needs
  • Select Favors/ wedding party gifts with Bride and/or Groom
  • Arrange wedding day makeup and hair services
  • Out of town guests tour activities & hotel accommodation recommendations


Swanky and Stylish Package: $2,555

You want the fairy tale ending, the happily ever after and of course Prince Charming!  Let us do all the work to create the magical day you have only imagined.  We are at your beck and call from the moment you start the planning process until the time comes when your carriage awaits.

This package includes the Fun and Fancy Free package along with:

  • 40 hours of personal consultation
  • Complete budget management
  • Ceremony and reception site selection and visits with Bride and/or Groom
  • Complete vendor selection and one-on-one meetings with each
  • Guest list management
  • Coordinating Stationery Selection – announcements, invitations & programs
    Manage Attire selection appointments – bridal gown, tuxes & bridesmaid dresses
  • Bridal shower & engagement party organization and guest lists
  • Wedding day Organizer for you to stay on top of things
