If you wish to advertise your venue site, then we have the perfect package for you. Whether it’s a snapshot of your entire place or just a quick business card ad, let PlanningSavvy.com increase your visibility.

Promotional Package $23.95 per month

If you have your own webpage but need a little additional advertising then this is the choice for you. This package allows you a standard, single page advertisement on PlanningSavvy.com.  This process requires you to create the content for your advertisement to include:

  • Two photos, .jpg format
  • Hyperlink to your webpage, Facebook or Twitter page
  • Approximately 1200 characters of text

  • $35 one-time web-page design fee due upon venue contract start date.
    PlanningSavvy.com will then create the layout using our standard format for all one-page advertisements.

Personalized Package $35.95 per month

If you do not have your own website we will build a personalized web page for you on PlanningSavvy.com.   Together we will create your description, properly place your photos and apply any links that you maybe have. You have the option to provide us with your own pictures or we will take the pictures for you. 
 
The following applies:

  • $45 one-time web-page design fee due upon venue contract start date.
  • Up to three photos, .jpg format
  • Links to Facebook and Twitter pages
  • Approximately 2500 characters of text

  • You have the option to advertise additionally on our Calendar of Events page.  Do you have an open house scheduled monthly?  Do you have wine tastings, tours of the facility or special events for the public?  Have your events listed on our Calendar of Events page at no additional cost.

Top Shelf Booking Package     $53.95 per month

We will build you a personalized web page on PlanningSavvy.com. You have the option to provide us with your own pictures or we will take the pictures for you.  PlanningSavvy.com will list our phone number as the direct contact for clients booking your service. A commission of 12% of the booking/site rental fee is due upon initial booking by the client. PlanningSavvy.com will automatically deduct our commission from the credit card on file. (See individual event site contracts for cancellation policy and refund.) Final payments for facility will be paid directly to event site.

  • $75 one-time web-page design fee due upon vendor contract start date.
  • Up to four photos, .jpg format
  • Approximately 2500 characters of text
  • PlanningSavvy.com will finalize the contract with your potential clients booking your service
  • If you require on-site coverage during an event, a $25 per hour charge per person will be required at the time of the event.
    You have the option to advertise additionally on our Calendar of Events page. 

For all event sites that advertise on PlanningSavvy.com, monthly payments will either be automatically deducted from a bank account or be paid directly to PlanningSavvy.com by the first of the month.
