Dara Ek Videography

I’ve spent most of my life working and studying. After pursuing my degree in IT – App Development at OIT, I studied Film/Editing and Visual Arts at the University of Washington. i loved it, and knew i wanted to become a cinematographer. It was one of the easiest and hardest decisions i ever made. Its hard to put in words the feeling you get when you capture that perfect moment, not the kiss, but the moments in between. that special moment right before the kiss, and that special moment right after. The ability to freeze a moment in time means more than anything, and being able to replay, reedit, and restructure that moment, is priceless. technology has truly allowed us to visually relive those moments.

My work is young, fresh and modern and with all that, there is nothing more deserving of the lens then a couple that is truly in love. its beautiful and breathtaking, and makes my job so much more rewarding.
